Imagine that there is no way to arrive and stop the car, narrow street and left side taken by cars. Only one person, who sometimes was not at the reception. A tiny bathroom sink (you have to see it to believe it) where not even the palms of the hand fit. Connect to someone who works at another hotel. In the early morning (03 am), in the absence of Uber, the hotel could not contact any taxi stand or radio taxi. In the end.
Abusive prices on the restaurant menu and minibar items. Absurd!

Good location, access through the side street to Felipe Schmidt. The staff's service is excellent, they quickly solved my problems.

The cleanliness was very disappointing. When picking up the bed linen, it was dirty and had a strong smell. It was not washed and they left it in the wardrobe. Terrible experience.
