They should rent a room or at least notify that they are under renovations, hammering and drilling until 10 pm and starting at 7:30 am. There was only one elevator in the back tower where they had an event and the staff was going up and down, making it impossible to go down for breakfast. When I went down, they closed breakfast, not only for me but for several guests.

I paid 2,700.00 for 3 days in a suite and thought it would be a good hotel, but a suite at this price should have a king bed, not queen, with a bad mattress, old and torn bath towels, horrible room acoustics, noisy room doors that woke me up all the time. The hotel's acoustics were terrible. The shower floor was too slippery. The premium suite 504 I stayed in had a window that didn't close completely and a broken air vent. Breakfast could be better. I have a serious hip problem and couldn't sit or walk for long, so my husband asked them to extend the breakfast hours a bit, but they said the hotel was full and couldn't do it unless we paid a fee of 350.00. The availability is there, but only if you pay. A couple arrived to rent a room and they were offered a daily rate of 380.00. I was sad because they didn't care about my health, only about money. They didn't consider how much we had already paid, and on top of that, I could only check in after 8:00 pm on my first stay.

The breakfast is spectacular. The room is very spacious, thanks to the room upgrade we got due to booking category. The location in the city center is good.

The bathroom cleanliness, lots of residue in the tile joints and also the faucet and hose holder next to the bathroom were very dirty.
