Overall hotel maintenance is well below average. Therefore, it was not value for money to stay the hotel. We stayed in premium room, room size was fine, but maintenance of the room and bathroom was below average. Staff behavior was polite and helpful.

The experience was better than last time. The management last time had spoken to me in detail about the horrible experience I had and asked for another chance which is fair. This time round most of the things were up to the mark barring a few anomalies. Overall decent experience, wouldn't mind coming here again Rooms are spacious and the best part is 2 litres of water is complimentary which most hotels don't offer. Food is okay, can definitely be better in terms of quality but the spread is really good, especially the breakfast. The in room dining menu is obviously over priced. Staff was really supportive this time round so no complaints there except for when I asked for some ice cubes for an ice pack. It took 4 people to ask the restaurant not to charge for a medical condition Apart from that the staff is courteous and will make sure you have a comfortable stay.

Issues with bathroom accessories and even they seemed to old. Had issues with TV and internet that didn't resolved at all. Even check-in took too much time as my reservation through online portal didn't reflected on their system even after 2 hrs and they were not ready to accept online voucher for same. Had been other hotels in same area where facilities were too good compared to this with reasonable rate. Not value for money at all.
