The Wi-Fi signal in the room where we stayed was very poor, very weak and inconsistent.

The bed was old and uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi didn't reach my room and they couldn't provide any solution. The breakfast was mediocre and the staff seemed unwilling to work. Not helpful at all.
Second time staying at this hotel and this time I was in the superior room, equipped with a microwave, kettle, kitchen, and minibar. The room was beautiful, comfortable, very cozy, beautiful view from the window, the morning sun rays came in. It was an excellent experience.

The location is great, very close to Costanera Center and in a very safe area, you can walk around without any problems. The king bed rooms are super spacious compared to the smaller ones.

It didn't have a gym, it would be good if they added at least a small one. The breakfast was very good, I would add a few more fruit options.
