I want to especially highlight Daniel and Magalis, who are at the beach bar; they were excellent and always very attentive. The quality of the food and drinks, the service, and, above all, the atmosphere, were 10/10. Here they definitely don't give guests a chance to get bored; there is always something to do and enjoy. 🎉✨ If you are looking for a hotel that brings together all these qualities —cleanliness, excellent service, good food, good drinks, and an incredible atmosphere—, this is the perfect place. The food wasn’t to my liking every night in the buffet was the same thing in some restaurants was the same thing and in some restaurants we didn’t even know what the food was at all so we had no choice but to eat the same thing from the night before so I wouldn’t go back again but overall it was a great experience

Overall, I had a very good experience. The only minor issue was that at certain times some areas and services could get a little busy, but nothing that significantly affected my stay.
