The accommodation was superbly located in the Old Town, all places and cafes were easy to reach, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were relatively clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You can also book day trips or trips to other places through the hotel.

Our room was located on the 1st floor facing the street, and in the evening, loud music could be heard from outside. After changing rooms, the problem was resolved, and we didn't hear anything anymore.

The welcome and availability of the staff. Lily is very attentive. The hotel is very well located. The rooms are quiet. Lily organized our stay at Lan Ha Bay and also helped us book an overnight bus to Cao Bang. We will return to Hanoi Amber Hotel. See you soon.

We had a very pleasant stay at Amber Hotel Hanoi. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially if you want to explore Hanoi on foot. The hotel is conveniently located near Beer Street and many restaurants, cafes, shops, and attractions, so there is always something happening nearby. It was very easy for us to explore the area with our family. The breakfast had a smaller selection than some hotels, but everything we tried was good and fresh. The room was comfortable, and overall we felt the hotel offered good value for money considering its central location. A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness and great service. We would happily stay here again and recommend Amber Hotel Hanoi to anyone looking for a convenient and friendly place to stay in Hanoi.

It is near the noisy beer street, so keep this in mind when you book the hotel.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating, even letting us store our bags at the hotel after our check out time. Super convenient location - walking distance to almost everything worth seeing in Hanoi. Rooms were tidy and presentable. Would recommend to anyone looking for something affordable and in a great location.
