Excellent location, but the bathroom was disappointing, too small. The shower didn't heat up on the first day, but worked on the following days; in my children's room, it didn't work well any day. Kind and polite staff

The daytime front desk staff was not helpful at all. Barely spoke to us. The night staff was nice. The room was extremely small and cramped. Would never stay here again.

Definitely needs renovation, a 70s structure. Rooms are narrow although clean. Breakfast service is practically self-service. Reception staff not well informed about schedules, attractions, and restaurants in the city. The big advantage is its very convenient location to reach everything in Punta del Este.

The accommodation was good, the shower door didn't close properly and leaked water, leaving the bathroom all wet. The breakfast was very good! And the location perfect!

NEUTRAL hotel, neither good nor bad. As a great hotelier from Punta del Este would say: hotels may or may not have soul, vibrate so that the guest wants to return. For some, it doesn't matter. Humbly, a soulless hotel, although it can improve, the structures are good.
