Friendly and smiling staff. Very fast robot to deliver our orders or show us the way. Spacious and very clean apartment. Laundry provided by the hotel for the washing machine, great!

Large spacious accommodation with 2 bedrooms offering an unobstructed view of the city. With a kitchen refrigerator/freezer and a very convenient washer-dryer. Comfortable bedding. Attached to the Raffles City Mall, with direct access to shops and restaurants. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and very good.

Moderately clean accommodation (hair/stained sheets). Separate buildings: The pool and breakfast room are in another building. A bit far from the metro (especially when it rains and if you are carrying luggage)
Value-for-money, spacious and well-appointed apartment suite with a good mall (Raffles City) linked to the hotel. There was also a good buffet breakfast spread with decent high floor view. Cleaning staff on the floor were friendly and told us about green programme that earned us some cute panda plushies if we do not need room service.

We asked for a non-smoking room but the first room we were given was pungently smokey and we had to return to reception to request for a room change. Indoor no-smoking rule was not strictly enforced by the hotel and we can smell cigarette smoke in the general floor and lift lobby area which was annoying. The hotel is also not directly connected to the metro and it was inconvenient to cross a busy street if coming by public transport.
I really like their breakfast buffet, many choices, and they change some different dishes every day, not boring even staying for several days, this is really a plus! The robot delivery service is also very convenient and fun, takeaways can be delivered directly to the room, the kids love it too. The hotel's location is also very convenient, right above the mall, you can eat, shop, and buy things downstairs without having to go far. Especially when traveling with family, it's really much more convenient.

This time I really can't think of anything particularly dissatisfied. The location, room, breakfast, service, and convenience are all very good.
I like how this particular concierge staff was so courteous and warm to guests, certainly felt welcomed the moment I stepped into the lobby! Also, the fact that the hotel is linked with the mall is such a plus point since we didn’t have to endure any blazing heat to shop for stuff.
