Second time we have stayed and the lifts out of order. Very inconvenient when you have luggage.
It was in a good location for travelling to/and around different parts of London. It had a washing machine and was clean. I stayed 9 nights so I wanted the facilities to clean my clothes and have my coffees in the studio to avoid the extra ordinary cost of London coffee! They cleaned/serviced the studio when they said they would.

The pillows gave me sinus, they probably don’t get cleaned that often. I booked an executive suite based on online photos. It was more like a studio with a washing machine.
The staff was very attentive and the beds were very comfortable. We were very close to the South Kensington metro station and were very well connected.

As I had read in some comments, there were two elevators and one was broken every day.
It is a well-managed residence that I have been visiting several times a year for many years and that I have never felt the need to change. Excellent location and beautiful city views from the rooms on the upper floors (eighth-ninth) that have always been reserved for me upon my request.
