Treatment of the reception staff. I booked two nights through booking, but the flight was delayed so I arrived the next day. Upon arriving at 06:00, they tell me that my reservation was canceled. And if I want to stay, I have to pay for the previous night and the next one for 230,000 directly to the hotel and outside of booking. I mention that I will be there from 6 am to 4 pm and if they canceled my reservation, they should charge me for only one night. He said no, and I had to accept at that time. 230,000 for a small and old room that also did not include breakfast. Better to take an Airbnb or look for a better hotel.
