The facilities, the room, and the staff. A perfect 10!! Also, it is located in a charming neighborhood, reminding me of Japan.

The green side of the hotel is magnificent, everything is arranged in a huge green garden, the pool is very beautiful, the materials are well chosen, the family room was great, although the beds were a bit too hard and the huge bathtub (almost a pool) completely useless taking up too much space and even dangerous if one falls in. Breakfast could have been more interesting although it remains decent.
