Estancia breve ya que teníamos un vuelo muy temprano al día siguiente. Mientras nuestro Uber desde el aeropuerto se detenía después del atardecer, en esta ubicación remota en medio de autopistas e industrias, no pude evitar escuchar la canción de Hotel California de los Eagles en mi cabeza. Un ambiente espeluznante detrás de las enormes puertas de acero. La recepción era todo menos acogedora, y el personaje mayor simplemente relajado detrás del cristal que parecía resistir un ataque de misiles. Dado que no había cafetera como habíamos pensado según la descripción de Booking.com, nos dieron un upgrade a una suite. Esto se traduce en una habitación de dos niveles donde la planta baja parecía haber sido un garaje y tenías que arrastrar tus cosas escaleras arriba hasta el dormitorio/baño. Encontrar un interruptor para las luces de la planta baja era más parecido a buscar un tesoro perdido. Nuestra partida a las 3 am a través de Uber nos llevó a un viaje salvaje por el medio de la nada, incluyendo un poco de conducción todoterreno antes de encontrar finalmente la entrada a la autopista. Sin mapas en el teléfono, me habría asustado. QRO necesita mejores hoteles cerca del aeropuerto, sin duda.

No había cafetera y probablemente no la había desde 1969. El café es obligatorio para una salida a las 3 am, vuelo a las 6 am. La descripción de la habitación de Booking.com incluía instalaciones de café/té y la expresión en el rostro de mi esposa al descubrir que no había ninguna haría que un hombre fuerte derramara una lágrima. La decepción no es suficiente para describir la angustia de tener que levantarse temprano y pasar por el laberinto de Uber/aeropuerto/aduanas/seguridad sin una suficiente infusión de cafeína. Muy mal por parte de Booking.com.

I don't know what insect/bug bit me, had a bad experience one night, but everything else is fine. The lighting doesn't work quite well, and some make an annoying noise as if there was a short circuit.

Being a hotel sought for its proximity to the airport, I consider it a terrible option because the rooms are on the second floor and you have to climb narrow stairs with all your luggage. On the other hand, the cleanliness is average, very average, the towels they provide are very old and used, falling apart due to their age, additionally, they don't sell absolutely anything, so if you're thirsty or hungry they can't offer you any service and just tell you to go to the town. Lastly, a terrible option for resting, there is a lot of noise. I would never stay there again due to its Quality - Price ratio.

It was dirty. We had to stay for two nights and I had to ask for cleaning, they only made the beds. The bathrooms were full of dirt, the furniture as well, the pool hasn't been maintained for years, the climate of the room we got was super noisy. There is no good lighting in the rooms
