Super friendly staff. The accommodation has a nice atmosphere. Beautiful rooms with everything you need and very clean! Air conditioning works well, nice shower. Also important: wide, comfortable beds. A delicious breakfast every morning and in the afternoon even some free drinks with snacks. Within walking distance of the old town, you can borrow bikes for free and we also made a lot of use of Grab. It was really wonderful staying here!! Highly recommended if you ask us.

We had booked 2 more nights and then got the room next to/opposite a family room by the pool. It was extremely noisy with shouting and a constantly slamming door. The hotel can absolutely do nothing about this, it was the noise. We then asked if another room was available and this was no problem at all. So actually no downside!! The staff is extremely friendly and willing to do anything for you. Then we had a great room again!!

The room was spacious, airy, and clean. They were changing the bed sheets every day, I even asked them to change them every 2 days for environmental sensitivity. The location was within walking distance to the so-called old town and in a central location suitable for pick-up from the hotel for Get Your Guide tours. You order breakfast and it is served hot and fresh to you, I found the breakfast sufficient. In fact, the night before I was going to join an early morning tour, I asked for a packed breakfast. It was a nice package consisting of a sandwich, banana, tangerine, fruit juice, and water. I didn't go to the pool, it was small but there were kids having fun. There were no mosquitoes, which I was very happy about.

I really enjoyed the breakfast with fresh fruit, bread and jam, some pastries and waffles to make yourself but above all the egg dishes to order à la carte but included! I would come back tomorrow!
