The Ritz Chengdu is a beautiful property with a great view. The location was good. Luca was so helpful and went above & beyond to provide amazing recommendations. He was the highlight of our stay and very helpful especially for an English speaker. Great value for a Ritz property. Big gym with all equipment and stretch machines. My husband enjoyed the 5 free meals at the club.

The rest of hotel staff didn’t speak the best English but everyone tried. Spa was busy on women side.
What I absolutely loved was Diptique cosmetics. The location was ok, it was not great but I knew what I was booking. The staff was wonderful. I must mention the lady who was in charge of our room. She saw I had empty cups of takeout tea in the room and that I made some tea in the room so she left a note and extra tea. Also, the staff at the pool/spa part of the hotel was really polite and ready to help. Breakfast was very very good, with lots of options for different types of guests.
