Lack of communication (automatic messages and few responses to sent messages) Critical isolation, feeling like there is a missing window where there are just steel shutters (you can hear everything happening outside as if it were open: people talking, music from bars, music from cars, etc.) Kitchen not clean Maybe not all rooms are like this one

Pool was closed and was offered for a refund.
The location was great to have access to Waikiki. The free parking was a selling factor. We enjoyed having a kitchenette. The laundry was also a great plus. We were also grateful for the beach chairs and towels and such in the room.

The facilities were a bit dated and in need of some simple improvements- a locking door on the balcony door, hooks or towel bars in bathrooms, touching up around the room.
Staff are nice, the front desk is very helpful, I like their security and it’s free parking. I like the location, it’s very close to everything. Thank you!
