Major issue: The air conditioning was either too cold or too warm because the thermostat was not working. I raised the issue several times a day, but no one on-site could fix it, and the off-site technician never arrived. So, every night I had to choose between freezing with the a.c. on or turning it off and opening the window for air. It significantly affected my stay. I was never offered another room, a discount, or informed that the problem was beyond the staff's expertise.
