Perhaps the laundry machines should be cleaned more often, but they were very good. Some carpets were somewhat worn

Asking for an invoice at the reception desk they tried to skip this part referencing that I paid through booking.com so should ask an invoice there. But when I explained that always the property gives the invoice they gave it to me including my company data perfectly well at first try (not always the case...). Pre-ordering a taxi for next day morning was not possible, just to order it in the morning (meaning I needed to be at the reception desk earlier...)
