Mucho ruido, los huéspedes que llegan a la madrugada haciendo mucho ruido, las tuberías de agua suenan cuando abren cualquier llave en las habitaciones contiguas.

Baja iluminación en la habitación. Salvo el personal del restaurante, el personal del recepción no fueron muy cordiales ni amables. El último día de mi estancia (sab 24 Oct 2026) a las 6:10 am, mientras dormia, se activo una alarma en la habitación, intente contacctar a recepción y el telefono estaba desconectado, tuve que bajar a recepción y pedir asistencia, me dijeron que iban a enviar a alguien de mantenimiento, regresé a la habitación, nunca nadie se acerco a explicar lo sucedido, simplemente apagaron la alarma, y ni siquiera al hacer el check out me explicaron elmotivo de la activación de la alarme y mucho menos se diculparon del mal momento que pasé.
