- Lovely house/unit, beautiful view from the room. - Fully equipped kitchen. - Not too far from city center, walkable even during winter. - While not in the city center, the good side is that there are no noise from the roads in the morning/night. - ski rack in the garage.

a small downside on soundproofing, is that each house is a twin unit and sometimes you can hear noises from the room next to you. but it's not that big an issue.
