The hotel was great. Great location, walking distance to Sarinah Mall. The rooms were clean, and the shower was hot with great water pressure. I loved the lemongrass bath products. The bed and pillows were especially comfy. Breakfast was yummy and generous portions (for an Asian). The waitress in the restaurant and the guard/doorman outside were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to my friends.

We checked out very early at 5-6am and I wish there was an option to drop off the key card in a locked box rather than just leaving it on the counter, since the front desk only opened at 7am.
