This hotel is woefully underserved in the elevator department. There are three small elevators for 30+ floors of hotel rooms and usually only two were working. You frequently had to wait 10+ minutes for one on the upper floors to get down and you were usually waiting in a line in the lobby for an elevator to go up. And what’s worse is that the housekeeping staff uses the same elevators and jams it up even more. It’s hard to believe that this complies with building codes. Also, there are ice machines only on every 5 or 6 floors so you have to use the elevator for that too.

Demotivated staff, unhelpful, and avoid fixing problems. The only exception is the cleaning staff. Few operating elevators, so a long wait throughout the day. Harassing Hilton marketers near the elevator, add to the frustration. Disappointing SHOP kiosk, with no healthy options for snacks, and broken coffee machine most of the days, mainly due to overfilled coffee waste and no one to clean. Will not stay in this property again.
