The easy access to the location with your own personal code is super convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room clean and bright. I like the industrial look in the rooms mix of drywall and concrete. The gym was good and had enough equipment for a good workout.

Noise, thin walls, loud closing doors, no coffee in common area early in the morning. Although I did find the coffee in the room to be very good. The windows didn't open in room which makes sense, but they also didn't seal completely allowing street noise to feel like you were in the roadway. The water was not hot in the shower, more lukewarm. I did find a time when the water was hot it was at 1:30 A.M.

Kind of dirty. Shower was cold. Scary part of LA. Loud.
