Not having air conditioning, because you have to leave the window open for a little air circulation and it's noisy, but if you close it, it gets very hot

They don’t have air conditioning and rooms can get really hot in the afternoons and nights to the point where sleeping with the window open was not enough. They offered a portable fan but it was terrible to sleep with. Additionally, the sauna didn’t heat enough and the jacuzzi was also lukewarm only. While in the Turkish bath, some suspicious guys tried hitting on me and later on my mom!!! Not sure what kind of business is going on there…

In the room, the carpet, I think, should no longer be used, as it is very difficult to keep this type of element clean.
The restaurant staff was spectacular, especially Patricia, she has charisma with children and is very helpful and attentive, as well as the kitchen staff.

The room did not have air conditioning, the solution was to bring a fan that made too much noise. The photos on Booking are deceiving because the current state of the hotel is terrible. The lobby bathrooms are in poor condition, the doors are rusty, and some do not close. The lobby plants are in wooden boxes, which due to water and time are damaged, the colors of the fabrics are faded, and their appearance is unpleasant. The bed mattresses are very uncomfortable, they do not seem to be from a hotel with the rating it has. The rooms are not family-friendly, they do not have warm lights for the night to allow children to sleep peacefully. The room carpets are in poor condition, during one of the days, I had a small accident where I cut the sole of my foot on a needle that was in the carpet. The spa and gym facilities are very neglected.
