Perfect location in the heart of Zurich Altstetten. Easy Check-in at their check-in terminal after 7pm and room was small but clean. The restaurant next door is also delicious and very kind attentive service staff.

Unfortunately the check-in terminal selected a room were the window was broken and couldn’t tilt the window which was a shame during this hot weather without AC.

Due to late arrival, we were faced with a lengthy check-in process with a machine outside, where we had to pay for the overnight stay for the second time (had already done so in April). And then again a similar process for paying the tourist tax. That is very irritating when you want to get inside. The next day it was quickly resolved with the employee and later the manager. We received the double payment back including breakfast (due to a very unfavorable exchange rate of the refund amount (EUR/CHF). However, the biggest disappointment was the lack of air conditioning in the room, during the very hot weather at that time. Sleeping was hardly possible. For this we received a 20% discount afterwards, which is very nice. In short, a great hotel but some room for improvement regarding the (online) check-in process and lack of air conditioning.

I stayed a week in your establishment. The welcome at the reception and at the restaurant for lunch is friendly. The staff is competent and smiling overall. My room was small and the bathroom too. It was a bit hot in the room, fortunately the weather cooled down the last nights of my stay. The location is perfect for me. The neighborhood is lively without being too noisy. The breakfast is very good and taken in the restaurant or on its terrace. It's super nice. The products are varied and of good quality. I will come back to this establishment, for sure. The room and the bathroom were a bit small. No air conditioning and at this time, it's a bit tricky for a person used to sleeping with the window open all year round.

Everything went well. The hotel is located outside the city center but it is quick to access it by public transport.

Very simply furnished. Window could not be opened
