The noise, the blankets, the cleanliness, the coffee. The reviews were fake, I don't believe the hotel was as well rated as stated.

It rained during the night and in the room I stayed there was a dripping water noise.
The breakfast was good. The staff was very attentive. The bed and shower were good, but the shower box had no place for soap or shampoo, the only support - a soap dish - needed maintenance. Maintenance should also be done on the telephone. There is no Netflix and the options for open channels are few, there is no bedside table, the rooms need renovation. I requested a street view and received confirmation, but when I arrived there was none, and I had to stay in a room where the window opened to a large air conditioning unit or something similar, no fresh air came in properly.
