I stayed in a private room shared by myself and 4 close friends (including my wife) and it was the perfect way to experience Key West! The area is very expensive and this was definitely the best option for our group in terms of price. The room itself was small but had everything we needed (including lockers for each of us to keep our stuff out of each others’ way) and was comfortable enough for being a hostel. The room did consistently feel very damp, which was the only downside (anything wet stayed wet if left indoors). My wife and I shared a king bed while everyone else had a twin (bunk beds). My side of the king bed did not have an outlet, but all of the other sleeping areas did. Our room did have a private bathroom, but sharing with five people is a challenge! Luckily there is a public bathroom near the pool and also one by the lobby. The public areas were perfect! Very large open spaces in the middle of all the connecting buildings. There were four pools: two large unheated pools, one small heated pool, and one hot tub. We used them a few times and it was a hit or miss on the cleanliness (there was definitely a good amount of hair in the heated pool during the early morning hours after a night of people hanging out in it). The bar had some of the cheapest drinks I’ve seen in a long time! The indoor and outdoor seating areas were also spacious and well kept. There is a rooftop area you can get to by climbing multiple flights of steps. The location is perfect! We walked everywhere, including to Duval Street on NYE. We had a rental car but there was no available parking at the hostel. We drove just a couple of blocks away to a large paid parking lot, paid (in cash, left in an envelope!) for a few nights, and left the car there for our entire stay.

Went to Nyah on 420 Margret. Was a last minute book and was blown away with how beautiful it was. Stayed one night and had one of the best trips of my life. Service was great breakfast was great front desk lady worked really hard an was excellent at her service. Me and my brother went pizza and bar hopping and came back to 4 pools and beautiful views. Will definitely be coming back here again!

This is a decent place for the price, quiet location, yet somewhat walkable to Duval St. 24 staff is what sold me since I was coming in late at night. The amenities were great, nice pool options, hot tub, 24 hour coffee and water, basic continental breakfast, bike rentals. The staff were welcoming. The rooms could use a little maintenance but the beds were clean and comfortable. The private room I got was great for one night for the $200 I paid (including resort fee). I think it's more a place for groups and hostelers, but I felt safe and comfortable solo, and I would stay again here for a short stay.

I had just moved my life to the Keys and had a lot of luggage when I checked in and Nelson never blinked an eye he was polite sweet and helpful with such warmth .these days customer service with kindness and care is super rare and Nelson was that rare gem that was so kind friendly and helpful his presence is very calming he allowed me to have all my bags there as I figured out where storage was located in key West he never showed any annoyance for all of my going back and forth as I needed things from my bag . I stayed for 4days until my boat was ready for me and every day he was consistently friendly patient and kind . He moved forward to another State while I was still there I had to gift him a pyramid necklace of healing stones he truly made my arrival in Key West and NYAH super special I will always be grateful you chose him to represent your Hostel he’s truly the best of the best of your team and is the most friendly of all of your staff . Jessie is the only one that seems to not be friendly but he does what’s required and keeps it moving . The rest are professional and get you checked in but Neilam was friendly with his heart and made me feel truly welcomed I hope you find another person that has that natural ability to see the people and respond with human kindness like he did for now that’s gone I still stay I love the property when winds are too high to get to boat but the warmth has left the front desk for sure I love the property the amenities the location it’s the best hostel of Key West in my opinion Neila

Very enjoyable stay. Couple of issues. Shower valve not operating properly and very little hot water at shower. No place in room to sit nor tables for luggage, etc. Very awkward. Virtually no parking without walking for blocks. I am handicapped and this was never mentioned! Otherwise a nice facility.

We ended up here after we made a mistake with our planned honeymoon hotel. But it was under priced compared to a lot of others on a Friday, last minute. It is a hostel style even if you get a king room, so there are multiple beds and maybe a working tv, but not much else. One side table and mini fridge which was a good size. Definitely needs an upgrade but was cozy and spent most time out in the nice pool areas. Ohh Best bed ever! (Soft)
