There is only wifi available up to the 2nd floor, and the wifi often does not reach the 4th floor, causing network downtime. As it was for business use, it was a bit confusing. The room facilities are decent for the price. If you do not have high expectations considering it's Myanmar, it's satisfactory. However, due to poor airtightness, small insects often get in. Breakfast options are limited, but the taste is acceptable even for Japanese people. Overall, it's quite reasonable.

The bed and doorknob were broken. However, they replaced them for free when I explained the situation. I wish they had noticed and fixed it before my arrival.

Its my 10th visit to Windsor. Still feels like home. Couldn't get my favorite room, but housekeeping transformed the alternative into a convenient working space.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. The carpet urgently needs to be replaced as it smells. The breakfast is mediocre. It's quiet. Better to choose the fourth floor without carpet.
