The location.
The location.
We started in a beautiful room, however, we were moved to avoid noise due to maintenance, we were moved to the 4th floor. The musty smell is very strong, it rained and water came in through the window, they were painting hallway 4, and doing what seemed like some kind of repair. Honestly, the smell was bothering me a lot, we reported it but they didn't want to change us :(

The gentleman at the front desk and the rest of the staff not only went above and beyond but also gave us such an amazing view to wake up to. My children and I have been traveling for several months, and it was all just so amazing to have such a warm welcome to Puerto Vallarta. It really means the world to us. Even though we only stayed one night, this was the best hotel and experience overall. Thank you for your hospitality. My only regret was I never got their name. Oh and that was the most comfortable bed ever!
