Another review have said the same thing about the early morning staff being rude. But I guess nothing changed since they left the comment of following up and never followed up. Some people checked out early in the morning and they decided to slam the door at 7 something in the morning to check the room. Then, probably the same guy who slammed the door, proceed to being rude and disrespectful while I didn't even do anything, probably breathing too much of his air in that space. Not sure why they kept him there while he should be at therapy to resolve his childhood trauma.

Utiliser les prises de courant à 2 m de chaque lit (au lit de très près) du dortoir (2e étage). Se déshabiller et s’habiller dans la douche ou à l’extérieur voire y laisser ses vêtements. Espace cuisine pour manger (qui fait aussi salon) trop petit par rapport au nombre de dortoirs (je n’ai pas utilisé les équipements en cuisine)

It was very central to Downtown Vancouver. It was simple, a good place to stop at for a bed.

It was long to check in because of the numerous people, but patience was key and staff was kind. The beds were a little wonky and rooms were very basic. All in all it was okay. Cleanliness could be improved a bit.
