The floors were accessible only by stairs which was not an issue for me but I can understand how some folks might find it difficult.

Located brilliantly in Gastown. Kitchen offers everything you need. Bathroom is small but okay. Two cats walk around willing to play. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Walls are extremely thin. There was a party in the pub downstairs. Sleeping was nearly impossible. You hear every step. Moreover, someone took my food out of the box. But it may have been an oversight...
