I stayed in room 30. It's a bit old, but clean, with a good shower and air conditioning. They provided shampoo, toothbrush set, and a hairdryer. The staff was very friendly. The location is great. I would like to stay here again.

Great location right across from Icon Bali with access to Beachwalk. The room was spacious enough for all our luggage. The pool area was beautiful, surrounded by statues, plants, and flowers. Breakfast was a self-serve mini buffet, which was nice. The area was clean, and all staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable, and even the pillows provided were great. There were good spots to dry beach towels and bathing suits. Each room had a nice sitting area outside the main door.

Only stayed for one night as we were heading to Lembongan. But would have loved to stay longer! Perfect location in Sanur. A calm, green oasis with very friendly staff. Would gladly return!

Very conveniently located across from the new Icon Mall. Great value for money with very friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable with clean white linen, a bar fridge, and coffee and tea facilities. The shower in the bathtub was a bit unsafe and might need a support handle to prevent slipping.

It was quite run-down, and the pool was right next to a sports bar that was open directly to it, with 3 TVs on at full volume all day. Part of the area from the bar was where breakfast was served, which you had to be very early for, or there would be nothing left.

We are grateful for the hardworking and kind hotel staff who strive to meet guests' needs. The only downside was the bathroom, which was old and lacked counter space or towel hooks. The AC leaked water into the cabinet next to the bathroom, making it impossible to hang clothes. Our neighbor smoked in the covered area outside their room. The hotel should have no-smoking signs near the rooms, with smoking only allowed in open areas.
