The location was very good. A bit of a walk to the metro was okay, but the option of taking the bus was also available. Quiet in the evening and safe. Very nice and friendly reception and helpful. Shopping facilities nearby as well for breakfast. Recommended without a car if you don't want one. Free parking available, which is very rare in LA. I can recommend it.

What bothered me a bit was that there was no closet and hangers for clothes. The days I spent there were not cleaned, but it was probably because I didn't hang the 'Room maid' sign outside the door. It didn't bother me as there were enough towels available.

That it was a bit far to walk to Universal Studios, but the location makes up for it

Better coffee in their lobby in the mornings, and available earlier.
