Guest reviews
The staff was very friendly and helpful, which was great.

I am a person who can sleep well, so it was fine for me, but if you are sensitive to noise, you may find it challenging as the door and bed make quite a bit of noise even with slight movements. Please be cautious if you are a nervous person.
Splendid location and excellent services

The hostel is OK - with all the inconveniences of the hostels with shared-dorms. The plus sides: they are a bit far from downtown but offer services, including a small cafeteria on the premises, which makes life easier. They also give you the free bus pass to use in the whole Banff area - which is nice even for car users, as parking in Banff is ludicrously expensive. The common areas are clean and relatively well-organised.

The noisy fan just next to a room I was at - I can see already debated in the reviews more than once - a nightmare. Makes it really difficult to fall asleep. The area is constricted, so little space around you in a dorm. In the bathroom - just 2 showers for a quite big floor with many rooms - but surprisingly wasn't very occupied. And all the other minuses of such type of accommodation.
Well-organized and very clean kitchen. Free drinking water dispenser. Adequate number of bathrooms. Free pass for public transport in the town

Little privacy in the bathrooms, I think having full-height dividers between the toilets could (with little effort) make the experience more pleasant.
