The staff did not care about my request for zero contact

Perfect location near Kaoson Road and Rambutri Road. Many things within walking distance and tuk-tuks nearby. We immediately felt chill, quiet vibe, relaxed pool, and good room.

You can come and stay as much as you want without seeing anything bad at the facility. The staff is very attentive and polite, also the rooms are very large and have everything you need.

POOL WAS CLOSED. THAT WAS THE ONLY REASON I STAYED THERE.

Clean, very friendly staff. The location was quiet even though it was in the middle of everything. Everything you need is within a few steps. Great bathtub. But a bathroom with walls would have been more my vibe.

We were looking for a hotel with a pool to relax in the first few days after landing. The pool was broken, this was only communicated upon arrival. We could not cancel at that time and could not switch to the partner hotel. That apparently was not possible. The pool was in a major repair.
