We had a wonderful experience during our stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Layla at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure all of our expectations were met and that we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Layla was extremely friendly, professional, patient, and helpful. We had quite a few questions, and she took the time to answer every one of them and made sure we had everything we needed. She was always approachable and had such a positive attitude, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Excellent customer service can really make a difference when staying at a hotel, and Layla definitely delivered that. We truly appreciated her kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help. She is a great asset to the hotel and deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provides. Thank you, Layla, for making our stay such a positive and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was not good. At night Rats take over the front of the hotel so stay inside

Everything, notably pool and breakfast. The location is also safe looking, unlike what some people report, though an occasional homeless person may show up outside the property, like virtually anywhere else in D.C.

Despite booking a 3-person room with sofa + queen beds, there was no bedding for the sofa in the room. We had to call the reception twice and wait 15 minutes (though the staff was very kind). And we met another few people who were carrying bedding themselves later.
