About the lack of sympathy from a cleaning staff member. Rude to the point of not responding to a good morning. Seemed unwilling or working out of obligation

Location & friendly people - met lots of others exploring Amsterdam. Felt secure and could use the lockers as well as left luggage on the last day. Room was fine with everything needed.

It can be a bit noisy but it's a party type place so...

Nothing, it's of very poor quality. Dirty facilities and the plugs don't work.

The bathrooms in the rooms are dirty, in bad condition. The plugs on the bed don't work, nor do the individual bed lights. I complained and they can't fix it, they respond with bad will. The breakfast is awful, the tables are dirty, they don't provide napkins. Don't go, it's awful. Bad attitude from the staff, especially the woman in charge.
