Everything was good, excellent breakfasts, polite staff!!!
The staff are very kind. Even though I am not a native of New Zealand, they listened to me politely. Also, the room was spacious enough for me. I once stayed at a hotel in Japan and the room was smaller than this one even though the price is almost the same.

It had everything I needed. The TV was easy to use. It was pretty central, but up a hill. I was walking, so a few minutes closer to the central shopping area would have been good. Not easy to change location though! I would probably stay here again if I ever had to travel alone.

It was hard to use the toilet. I had to sit sideways. I think a pedestal basin would have worked way better and given more space near the toilet. I wish there was a sink in the living area, but only having one in the bathroom is to be expected for a less high-end room.
