Hotel Posada Terra Santa is a very charming hotel in a fantastic location in Palma’s Old Town. The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and full of character.
Unfortunately, my room had poor soundproofing, and I could clearly hear people’s footsteps from the other rooms, which disturbed my stay. I also wish the hotel had sent clearer, more detailed instructions on how to reach the property by car, especially since it is located within a restricted-access area.

A very nice touch was the welcome by the lady at the reception speaking Polish :) (greetings!) . Small, but very useful pool on the top floor in August :) Everything is well thought out: bathtub in the bathroom and bath salts, umbrella in the closet. For the welcome, there was Prosecco with a nice card with wishes. The whole stay in Palma was very successful, among other things, thanks to such a place, where you gladly returned to gather strength for further sightseeing. Wonderful omelets for breakfast! Even the taxi ordered at the end turned out to be half the price, compared to the well-known applications. I recommend!

A very nice boutique hotel, which is absolutely lovingly furnished. The location is very good to quickly walk to the center from there. We had booked two rooms and received an upgrade for both rooms. The rooms are lovingly furnished, the bathrooms large and modern, with a large walk-in shower. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly. Very good breakfast! The hotel has a small pool on a beautiful rooftop terrace, with a beautiful view over Palma. On our next visit to Palma, we will definitely stay here again!

We booked a suite for 4 people, but two had to sleep on a sofa bed. I would expect that if we were adding people to a two person room, but not when it’s advertised as being for four people from the start
