We liked everything
Very good breakfasts, delicious bread. Polite and helpful staff, very good English. The hotel's location is excellent due to the proximity of the tram stop and metro station. Next to it, there is a cafe, a shop, and on the other side by the water, there are also restaurants - bigger, smaller, whatever suits you. You can also take a walk.
