Just to say, we had an amazing stay at the Sura Hagia Sofia hotel. In total, we booked five rooms as we travelled back from Madina. As soon as we arrived at the reception, a gentleman name by the name of Nader Muradi helped us a lot and the check-in was smooth. They try to genuinely help you as much as possible by accommodating you in the appropriate rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to stay here. The staff and the service is very professional.

Ho dovuto attendere più di un’ora prima che la mia camera fosse pronta portandomi da una stanza all’altra pensando fosse pronta per poi cambiarmi totalmente stanza. Sicuramente lo staff non ha un buon livello di comunicazione tra loro altrimenti non mi facevano andare in su e in giù per tutto l’albergo per posizionarmi alla hall con un tè. Nel frattempo il sole se n’è andato e il bagno in piscina me lo sono goduto il giusto. Diciamo che non mi aspetto una cosa del genere da un albergo di questo tipo visto che erano già le tre del pomeriggio. In tutto ciò non avevano visto neanche la prenotazione quindi tutto un programma…

Unfortunately, there were several aspects of our stay that fell short of expectations. The swimming pool was inaccessible due to weather conditions, which was disappointing. More concerning, however, was the conduct of certain staff members, whose communication and customer service skills require improvement. On several occasions, staff spoke over guests rather than listening attentively, and their manner was unnecessarily abrasive and dismissive. Furthermore, despite having booked accommodation that included breakfast, this was not recognised upon arrival, resulting in additional breakfast charges. I was also required to pay for a room upgrade, adding further unexpected costs to our stay. Finally, the additional beds provided were unsuitable for adults, raising concerns about the adequacy of the sleeping arrangements. While there were positive aspects to our stay, these issues detracted from the overall experience. Greater attention to customer service, booking accuracy and room suitability would significantly improve the experience for future guests.
