The accommodation is spacious and ideally located. We were able to do a lot of things on foot. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We were very well received. Thanks to Andrea and Elisabeth for their kindness and for the information to visit Cagliari as well as for parking.

First of all, the location, right in the historic center, the well-renovated structure, Mr. Andrea, super efficient and helpful, explained in detail the various beaches and museums to visit, also recommending non-touristy restaurants with typical Sardinian cuisine.

We had a truly fantastic stay! :) The property was beautiful, clean, but what made our experience even more special was definitely Andrea. Andrea was simply wonderful, very kind, helpful, and always there whenever we needed help. He made us feel welcomed and comfortable from the very first moment, and it was really evident how much he cared about making our stay enjoyable. We are truly grateful for all his availability and kindness.

Authentic accommodation that is easily accessible by bus. The place is nice, modern, very clean, and freshly renovated. Our tiny apartment was on the 2nd floor; a narrow staircase leads up, but there is also a very small elevator. Overall, we had a good time despite some technical issues.

We only received coffee capsules for the first day. The air conditioning was a bit weak, and the water drained slowly from the shower; You can’t use multiple electrical devices at the same time. The narrow shower is not comfortable for bigger people.
