The interiors are a little tired looking. However everything was very clean and comfortable.

Elevators a bit hot...bathrooms sometimes hot.

It should start with the staff, as they are the ones who greet you. The staff is excellent, especially Cindy and Ivy stood out. Very friendly, answered all our questions, helped during our stay. We were complimented upon check-in and check-out. Special thanks to them. Every morning at breakfast, someone from the staff would always ask how we were doing, if everything was okay. The security guards always opened doors, greeted, escorted, helped with luggage and taxis. At the reception, they gave us beach towels for free. Staff 5* We were checked in early, as we arrived at the hotel before the scheduled time, and we were not charged extra for this. Good hotel location. Close to attractions, a bit away from the noisy road, but at the same time everything is within walking distance. The room is clean, pleasant smell, the air conditioner works properly, windows open when needed. Clean bed linen. There were two of us, we were provided with 2 bathrobes, slippers, 2 large shower towels, 2 small face towels, 1 foot towel, a full set of disposable hygiene items, including a razor, comb, slippers, 2 bathrobes. The bathroom also has solid soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, which are replaced during room cleaning. The room has a fridge/minibar + free drinking water. Room cleaning every day. After cleaning, the air conditioner was left on - when we returned to the room, it was comfortable. Breakfast was very good for me. There is a choice of food, something meaty, various options of omelets (you need to approach, indicate the desired option, and they will prepare it for you right away), vegetable and salad options, various bread, sweet pastries, porridge, jams. Tea and coffee. Fruits. There is a pool on the top floor. Tried it once. Clean. There is a laundry service. Maybe I forgot to mention something. Very positive impressions. I want to come back here.

I do not consider this a downside, but it was noticeable that the room needed some cosmetic repairs. Slightly. The sockets were a bit flimsy when using a charger. This was not a problem for us, so we did not inform the staff about it.
