Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The corridors were dark, dingy, and poorly maintained. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed a strong unpleasant smell that never went away. The black carpets, outdated décor, and overall condition of the room made it feel tired and unclean. The biggest issue was the cockroach infestation. Seeing cockroaches in the room was unacceptable and made us very uncomfortable. We had booked six nights but could only tolerate staying three before checking out. The TV system was overly complicated and difficult to use. The internet was also not working when we arrived, although the facilities manager was helpful and managed to resolve the issue. On one night, we were disturbed by loud scratching noises coming from inside the walls. It sounded like a rat or some other animal was moving around. The noise kept us awake, and I was unable to get back to sleep afterwards. Overall, this property fell well below our expectations. While some staff were helpful, the poor cleanliness, unpleasant odours, pest issues, and noise problems made for a very uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

The apartment had no stock of essentials for a starter kit which is difficult when you fly in late. The cookware was old, the apartment was tired with mismatched furniture, the large balcony was dirty. Maintenance had not been kept up with broken toilet. At this price point I expect more.
Well equipped modern kitchen, good washer/ dryer and an excellent bed. Staff were very helpful.
