Incredible accommodation, fantastic staff, centrally located (80 m from the theater). Do not be misled by the hotel's classification. I have stayed in many places around the world, so I have a basis for comparison, and this is a very good, high-quality accommodation. This family hotel was a great partner in fulfilling all our requests. We arrived at 10 am in the morning, had the opportunity to store our luggage, and by 11 am our room was cleaned, so we could check in much earlier. I mentioned once that we would be celebrating something with my partner the next morning, and at breakfast, we were surprised with prosecco and a small celebratory cake. On the last day, we had to leave early for the airport, and they arranged for us to have breakfast. Upon request, they can also organize various activities (we didn't take advantage of it ourselves, but the option was there).

There was no noise at all, and there is parking available after arranging it with the staff, which is very important because it is quite difficult to park in some areas of Catania. The room was clean and well-maintained, and it was quite a good space for our expectations. As for the staff, I can only say the best things. They were all very polite and ready to help with whatever we needed. From directions to modifying some details in the reservation, as our schedule was delayed. When our return schedule was also canceled, and even though we had already left the room, they were willing to help us find alternative transportation. We had the option of breakfast during our stay. It was a complete and tasty breakfast and a small but very well-maintained space. Overall, the amenities offered by Hotel Trieste were impeccable, and I would highly recommend the room to my friends.
