Could be improved: The waiting time between ordering breakfast and service. Maybe a buffet system with coffee, tea, cereals, milk, sugar... or ordering the night before to better organize. To be considered.

BEWARE OF THIS. FORCING YOU TO PAY AGAIN EVEN IF YOU PAID ALREADY IN ADVANCE! I spoke with the owner personally that night and she insisted that I did not pay online via booking, even though I PAID ALREADY IN ADVANCE via booking.com. The lady owner was FORCING ME TO PAY DOUBLE, so beware of this. Even though I already explained that booking.com does not allow you to PROCEED without paying in ADVANCE online. I am also a resort owner and I have been connecting with booking.com for 14 years, so I know how booking.com works. And that night, she even showed me a FAKE message and said it was from booking.com, but I knew it was not from booking.com because while she showed me that, I already received a message from booking.com stating that they apologized for the owner asking me to pay double. So, as a law student, I have to collect all evidence and I contacted booking.com to report that the owner is forcing me to pay again even though I fully paid in advance. Therefore, the next morning I received a text from the hotel stating that I have to come back because they are going to refund me, because that day during check out they really forced me to pay, and that day I had an appointment that I didn't want to miss, so I PAID again even though I PAID ALREADY IN ADVANCE VIA BOOKING.COM, but before I paid them, I made an agreement that they have to refund me once they see in their account that I paid in advance. SO be CAREFUL guys and FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHT. Better to report and contact immediately the platform where you booked.
No presence, arrogant staff.
I love the tranquility, the location is a bit out of the center and yet very close to everything. The owner is so friendly, it feels very familiar. Everything you need is there, the pool is cozy. I found it very pleasant.
