Hello, I booked a room for my wife and myself. Upon arrival, we found that the large bed was made up of two separate beds pushed together, with a gap between them, causing the beds to separate during the night and not allowing us to sleep comfortably. I also lodged a complaint with the reception manager on the same day of our arrival, but the response I received was that all rooms have the same type of bed. I understand that the rooms may be equipped in the same way, but this does not change the fact that the bed is uncomfortable for us, especially since I booked a room for my wife and myself expecting to have a large and comfortable bed.
