The gym is very small, as well as the pool. It is not possible to share the space with several tenants, an expansion should be considered. I also requested an iron and it took a long time to bring it. These details detract from the service. I requested my invoice and it has not arrived.
Overall it's okay but it's not a 5-star hotel. It has several deficiencies.

Only one elevator and very slow. There was a group of children playing in front of the elevator, it was reported several times but apparently nothing was done because they took almost 2 hours to stop playing in the hallway.
THE BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE, TASTELESS AND COLD. WE WENT TO A TRAINING AND ONLY HAD 90 MINUTES TO GO OUT TO EAT, WE ORDERED THERE AT THE RESTAURANT AND THEY NEVER SERVED US, THE RECEPTION STAFF WAS RUDE, ONLY ONE GUY DURING CHECK OUT WAS VERY KIND, THERE WAS NO VALET PARKING, NO ONE TO HELP WITH LUGGAGE AND NEITHER
