The noise from the streets was loud, couldn't sleep. Room was very small, not much space to move around. Also, the water pressure was a joke. Bathroom itself has no space to get ready, no space to put makeup bag or anything. Sink was small and water was dripping on my feet while washing my face. Front desk was very nice and friendly. Parking was empty, no issues.

Bed was clean and comfortable, the lobby was nice and open air.
The check-in was horrible. I prepaid for my room and the front desk clerk was not able to find my room and had to call for help. After quite some time, they found my room through a credit card audit. I checked into a room on the 5th floor. The beds did not have pillows nor a top comforter. I had to be moved to a room on the 11th floor. Only 1 bed had a set of pillows. Someone had to come in and scrape some goo off the bathroom wall. I was not aware there was a $300 deposit for incidentals. I used my CashApp card and called to follow up on the pending charge. To my surprise, I was told that CashApp does not get the credit back. No one told me that was the case when my card was used. This was my family's first time in Houston, which everything else was a great experience except everything about this hotel. The $300 deposit not being refunded was the last straw.
