Pillows could have been a tad softer
Great location with lots of restaurants just outside the door to choose from. Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Clean, tidy & surprisingly spacious room.

Overall great stay, with the only complaint being they could not provide an iron on request “they were all out with other rooms”.

We could have had a larger bedroom & shower without extra cost, but I am used to HKT and DPS hotels.
Staff were great and we found Portugal to be a happy nation like the Philippines where my wife is from and an exceptionally clean city unlike London I'm from that has gone to the dogs. Room clean, comfortable and although we did an emergency booking due to plane problems in the UK the room ticked all the boxes.

Breakfast, although good, as we had stayed in a 4-star hotel for our holiday fell short but warrants a 3-star hotel and you will be full and won't need to eat till the evening again.
