We went to the restaurant to order tea but waited 1/2 hour and when asked how much longer as we had an event to go to, was told another 1/2 hour at least, they were making room service a priority. Advised that we are staying at the hotel and didn't offer a discount on the drinks that we had ordered. I said she should've stayed in our room and ordered room service if we knew that was going to be the case.
