The place is beautiful and welcoming, my experience was unbeatable, I can recommend it as one of my best experiences, beautiful and cozy tranquility, Its service is very professional and careful, its employees are super attentive

This is my second time staying here. The staff are amazingly kind and helpful. I absolutely love them. The only issue I had this time and it’s more with the way the payment system is run. So I paid them $10000 as I arrived for my three nights. The day we were leaving I had $76 in incidentals to pay. Their cc machine couldn’t connect with my bank so I said you have my card details just charge it when it’s back up. My taxi was outside waiting and I had a flight to catch, they refused to let me leave. Made me feel like they thought I would not pay them the measly $76. Eventually after about half an hour I guess they called the owner who sent me a link to pay online. I don’t blame the staff at all. However the owner needs to change to a better policy as this left a bad taste in my mouth. I still love the place, location, food and above all the staff though.

Amazingly beautiful and clean property. We stayed in the superior suite which was very nice. Understand luxury for the price. The staff was professional, courteous and caring. We could not have asked for more. This hotel does not disappoint!

It's a cute boutique hotel. Staff is very professional and friendly. Location is great - quiet street but walking distance to the action. We enjoyed our stay.
